- Cookies and similar technology (see Section 06).
Payment information
We do not collect or store card numbers, bank passwords or UPI PINs. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, and UPI or bank payments happen between you and your bank. We receive payment confirmation details such as amount, date and payment reference.
03 How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, check availability and send quotations.
- To confirm your booking, assign your crew and plan the shoot.
- To contact you and your on-site contact before and on the event day.
- To edit, deliver and notify you about your photos, videos and albums.
- To process payments, issue invoices and keep accounting records.
- To handle support requests, grievances and disputes, and to recover unpaid amounts.
- To improve our services and website, and to measure which advertisements bring genuine enquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations.
05 Your photographs and videos
Event photographs are more personal than a phone number, so we treat them with extra care.
- Your files are stored on ClickJi's devices and cloud storage during editing, with access limited to the team working on your booking.
- Delivery links are sent only to the contact who made the booking, and stay active for 30 days, as set out in the Delivery Policy. Anyone you share the link with can download the files — that sharing is your responsibility.
- ClickJi may use photos and videos from your event on our website, social media, advertisements and portfolio, unless you opt out in writing before the event date, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
- If you ask after the event, we will remove specific images from our own website and social media within a reasonable time.
- We never publish private, intimate or sensitive moments without explicit written consent, and never publish photos in which children are the main subject without a parent's or guardian's permission.
07 How long we keep things
- Enquiries that did not become bookings — deleted within about 12 months.
- Booking, payment and invoice records — kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Event photos and videos — working copies are deleted after the download link validity period in the Delivery Policy, unless you have arranged extended archival. We may keep images selected for portfolio use (unless you opted out), and booking records needed to resolve disputes or legal claims.
- WhatsApp and email conversations — kept while needed for the booking, support and any disputes, then deleted.
08 How we protect it
- Access to client data and files is limited to the team members working on your booking.
- Files are kept on password-protected devices and reputable cloud services with access controls.
- Delivery links are shared only with the booking contact, and expire after the validity period.
- We do not store payment credentials.
- Team members and associates are bound by confidentiality obligations.
09 Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Delete your personal data, where we are not required to keep it by law or for an ongoing booking or dispute.
- Withdraw consent you have given, for example for portfolio use or marketing messages.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.
- Resolve a grievance about how your data is handled.
Write to info@clickji.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, and will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and cannot recall images already printed or shared by others.
10 Children
Our services are booked by adults (18 or older). We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under 18. Photographs of children are taken only as part of events booked by their parents, guardians or event hosts, are treated with extra care, and are never published where a child is the main subject without a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe we hold a child's data improperly, contact us and we will act promptly.
