Terms & Conditions

What you can expect from ClickJi, and what we need from you, when you book event photography. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated: 1 September 2026 · Applies to all ClickJi bookings in Delhi NCR

01 The agreement

These terms apply when you book event photography with ClickJi, operating from Shankar Vihar, near V3S Mall, Delhi 110092. Paying the booking advance means you accept them. Anything we agree with you in writing on WhatsApp — extra hours, a custom package, a specific deliverable — sits on top of these terms and takes priority where the two differ.

02 Booking and confirmation

  • Enquiries are answered with availability, a recommended package and a final price in writing.
  • A date is only held once the booking advance is received. Until then the slot stays open to others, even if we have discussed it at length.
  • Once confirmed, you receive the package name, coverage hours, deliverables and total amount in a single WhatsApp message. That message is your booking record — keep it.

03 Payment terms

StageAmountWhen
Booking advance20% of the packageTo confirm and hold your date
Balance80% of the packageOn the event day, after coverage is complete
Extra hours, if anyAt the rate agreed when bookingWith the balance, or before delivery

We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. A GST invoice is available for corporate bookings and can be requested at the time of booking.

There is no online payment on this website. No card details, UPI IDs or bank credentials are ever collected on clickji.com. Payment details are shared with you directly after your booking is confirmed. If anyone asks you to pay through a link claiming to be from ClickJi, call 011 6929 6504 and check first.

Edited photographs and albums are delivered after the full amount has been received.

04 Coverage and timing

  • Coverage hours are counted from the agreed start time, not from when the function actually begins. If your event starts two hours late, those hours still count.
  • We aim to arrive roughly 30 minutes before the agreed start time to set up and photograph the decor.
  • If the event runs longer, tell us on the day. We will stay on where possible, charged at the agreed extra-hour rate. We will not leave mid-function and bill you for it afterwards.
  • For coverage of five hours or more, a meal for the crew is customary and appreciated.

05 What we need from you

  • Correct venue address, contact number and event timing at least 48 hours before the date.
  • Any venue restrictions on photography, lighting or drones, and permission from the venue where required.
  • A list of must-have shots or key people, if there are any. It takes you two minutes and prevents the single most common regret afterwards.
  • Reasonable access to the venue, including parking where the venue provides it.

We cannot be held responsible for missing a moment we were not told about, or one that happened in a space we were not permitted to enter.

06 Deliverables

  • Every package includes unlimited clicks during the coverage period and access to all raw photographs.
  • The edited photo count, teaser video and album specification are as stated in your confirmed package.
  • Photo selection for editing and for albums is made by us unless you send your own selection within the timeline in the Delivery Policy.
  • Editing means colour correction, exposure, cropping and standard retouching. Heavy manipulation — object removal, adding people who were not there, body reshaping — is not included and is quoted separately.

08 Portfolio and marketing use

We may use a selection of photographs from your event on our website, portfolio and social media. If you would rather we did not, tell us before, during or after the shoot and we will not publish anything. Photographs featuring children are never published without a parent's explicit permission. A request to remove something already published will be acted on promptly.

09 Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling and cancellation, including what happens to your advance, are covered in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10 Things outside anyone's control

  • Equipment failure. We carry backup bodies, lenses and memory cards. In the rare event that a technical failure affects part of the coverage, our liability is limited to a proportionate refund of the amount paid.
  • Force majeure. Serious illness, accident, natural disaster, civil disruption, government restriction or transport shutdown may make coverage impossible. Where this happens we will attempt to arrange an equally capable replacement photographer, or refund the advance in full.
  • Total liability. In every case, our liability is capped at the total amount you have paid us for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Data loss after delivery. Once files have been delivered and the backup period has passed, the responsibility for keeping your own copies is yours. Please download and store them.

11 Safety and conduct

We are there to work and we treat your guests, your venue and your family with respect. We ask for the same in return. Where a crew member faces abuse, harassment or an unsafe situation, we reserve the right to stop coverage and leave, with the full amount remaining payable.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. Before that stage, please talk to us — almost everything is solvable over a phone call.

Something here unclear?

Ask before you book rather than after. We would much rather explain a clause than argue about one later.
